The Top 5 finalists of Canada's Total Mom Pitch will pitch their businesses live on stage at the Awards Gala. Following the live pitches, the winner will be selected and announced on stage.

Application & Judging Timeline

• Applications close: September 14, 2026

• Judging Round 1: September 21 - September 28, 2026

• Top 100 Semi-Finalists Announced: October 5, 2026

• Semi-finalists will be publicly announced.
• Finalists advancing to the next round will be notified by email.

• Judging Round 2: November 2 - November 9, 2026

• Top 5 Finalists Announced:

• Finalists notified by email: November 12, 2026
• Public announcement: November 13, 2026

• Winner Announcement:

• The winner will be selected and revealed live at the Awards Gala on February 10, 2027.

Recognition Awards

Recognition Award finalists will be notified in advance; however, winners will not be informed of their selection and must be present at the Awards Gala to accept their award on stage.

• Judging Round 1: October 19 - October 26, 2026

• Award Category Finalists Announced:

• Finalists notified by email: November 16, 2026
• Public announcement: November 17, 2026

• Winner Announcement:
